Deadline for Online Entry – July 15 at midnight for ALL Animal Exhibits, Shooting Sports Contest, ATV Contest, and Culinary Challenge.
Showmanship will be entered automatically for an exhibitor with an entry in a breeding or market live animal class.
Clover Kid Entry Tips
Static Exhibits: Go to Department: Clover Kid / Division: Clover Kid Static Exhibits and pick correct class for each exhibit.
Livestock/Small Animal: Department: Species showing / Division: Showmanship/ Class: Clover Kid
Contests:
Shooting Sports Contest - Trap Shooting, Air Rifle, BB Gun, and Archery - Under Department drop down menu, select Environmental Education & Earth Science --> Under Division Dropdown, select Shooting Sports, then select a class.
ATV Contest - Under Department Dropdown menu, select Healthy Lifestyles --> under Division Dropdown, select ATV Contest, then select a class.
Culinary Challenge Contest - under Department dropdown menu, select Consumer & Family Science --> under Division Dropdown, select Culinary Challenge, then select a class.
Deadline for Online Static Exhibits (Optional) - July 15 at midnight
Static Exhibit tags can be picked up at the Extension Office July 20 - 24 or at the fairgrounds during check-in.
NOTE: You can enter static exhibits at the time of check-in of exhibits at fairgrounds with a handwritten exhibit tag. ALL STATIC exhibits, BOTH online and handwritten entries, need to be written on a Summary Card (available at Extension Office). Summary Cards need to be handed in to 4-H Staff after exhibits are checked in by Static Department Superintendents at the fair.
